It appears that the stats for our team are not correct. First the person keeping score for the day made mistakes adding the stats into the totals section of the score sheet. Then the person entering them into the site took the incorrect totals and posted them. They also entered the stats for the wrong players. What is the use of having stats if the are not correct??
Who do we contact to get this stuff corrected? I realized there is a lot of data being entered here, but isn't this what the leagues are paying for?

If you send an email to vbenander@aol.com, they have always been real good at making any changes. They receive the scoresheets for each game, so they can research any discrepancies your team may have.

We have the same problem. Our problem is the Statskeeper putting in the wrong totals. I used to tabulate stats, and would always check the stat keepers work. Sometimes, at the end of the game, they are in a hurry to get the totals in, and mess it up. In fact, I often did not even go by the totals, I just looked at the individual ABs. That probably is not possible for BGSD.
If the stats are incorrect, then they are 100% useless.

Incorrect stats are almost invariably due to scorekeeper's errors. Some league scoresheets are reviewed by the league director (I know Larry Shaw in Cleveland Heights does or did in the past) for accuracy. The program BGSD uses does check for errors in number tabulation and calculations to make sure things add up correctly but we can only go by what the scorekeeper has given us as it's very hard to guess where he/she may have gone wrong and just not logistically feasible to check every scoresheet that comes in.
As thehat mentioned you can send an email to vbenander@aol.com and explain in detail the errors on your sheets/stats and they can be fixed. It probably couldn't hurt to tactfully explain to your scorekeeper (if he/she does your league on a regular basis) the errors they made.

We have sent at least two emails to that address. He has not responded, and the stats are still wrong. We sent them Two weeks ago, I think
